About this role
The Nurse Manager for Martin Luther Care Center is an RN whom will be responsible for continuity of nursing care in the Ebenezer managed, Skilled Nursing Facility (transitional and long term care unit) by delegating, advising and supervising nursing care delivered for our adult short stay patients. Located in the beautiful wooded area of Bloomington, Minnesota.
RN TCU/LTC Nursing leadership schedule includes:
80 hours every two weeks
Full time, day shift
Weekends as needed
Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living Campus is located in East Bloomington, near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. Managed by Ebenezer, we offer 137 units between our Skilled Nursing long term care, Memory Care and Transitional Care. We have an amazing team of tenured staff! The only thing missing is YOU! Leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care
Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards
Assures Care Plan, medical records and other documentation are up to date
Reports problem areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions
Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Associates RN Degree, BSN preferred
One to three years’ experience required, three to five years preferred
Previous LTC management experience preferred
Current MN RN license
CPR certified
(3 week grace period for BLS)

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. - The Nurse Manager leads, supervises, and directs nursing functions to ensure care is provided according to the plan of care. They also assure compliance with regulations and quality standards while managing documentation and reporting issues to management.
