Le Coordinateur incidentologie fournit un support technique avancé aux réseaux de concessionnaires et intervient comme expert sur les problématiques complexes de diagnostic et de réparation.
Le rôle implique une collaboration étroite avec le support Niveau 1, les départements techniques, l’ingénierie, la qualité et les fournisseurs afin de résoudre les escalades, réduire les réparations répétitives et améliorer la qualité du service après‑vente.
Cette position a un impact direct sur la satisfaction client, les délais de réparation, le taux de résolution au premier passage (FTF), ainsi que l’efficacité du réseau.
