The Commercial Lending Assistant provides documentation support and customer service for commercial accounts while acting as a liaison for Loan Officers. They are responsible for processing loan files, monitoring construction pipelines, and maintaining financial records for borrowers and guarantors.
Candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft Office and lending software, along with strong organizational and communication skills. A bachelor's degree and prior experience in a corporate environment are preferred.
The Commercial Lending Assistant provides ongoing Customer service and documentation support as Loan Officer’s liaison on assigned commercial accounts. The Commercial Lending Assistant determines pertinent information to gather from a variety of sources, coordinates the preparation and review of loan documentation and is responsible for the processing/maintaining of all commercial loan files. The position also provides operational administrative support to ensure a smooth workflow between various departments.
