Supervises exercise and pharmacologic stress testing while assessing cardiovascular and metabolic effects on patients. Implements and monitors physical exercise programs for patients in the outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program.
Requires a Master's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience. Must hold or obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist certifications.
Work is typically performed in a clinical environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
