The Tax Associate will meet with clients to gather information and prepare accurate tax returns while identifying tax savings opportunities. They are also responsible for building strong client relationships and providing clear explanations of tax information.
Candidates must have successfully completed the H&R Block Income Tax Course and possess experience in a service-oriented environment. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and comfort with digital tools are required for this role.
As a seasonal Tax Associate at H&R Block, you’ll begin a career in tax and client services—no prior tax experience required. With training and support from day one, you’ll work directly with clients to gather information, prepare tax returns, and answer questions while building valuable skills and strong client relationships. You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities to increase your earnings as you build tax knowledge and grow in the role. This role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office.
