The assistant coach will support the men's lacrosse program by managing recruiting efforts, player development, and practice implementation. They will also handle administrative team operations, scouting, and game-day responsibilities as directed by the head coach.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of lacrosse and experience in coaching or playing at the collegiate, high school, or club level. A passion for student-athlete development and the ability to pursue a graduate degree at Batten University are required.

We are looking for a motivated coach with a strong understanding of lacrosse and a passion for developing student-athletes and building a successful collegiate program.
Faceoff experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience as a faceoff specialist, faceoff coach, or in developing faceoff players are encouraged to apply.

Level of coaching experience is flexible. Recent college graduates, former collegiate players looking to begin a coaching career, and coaches with existing college, high school, or club experience are encouraged to apply.
