The Community Liaison will build and nurture trust-based relationships with physicians, healthcare partners, and discharge planners to drive hospice referral growth. They will serve as a compassionate advocate for the organization, conducting outreach and facilitating initial hospice care conversations with patients and families.
Candidates must have at least two years of healthcare sales or marketing experience, with hospice or palliative care experience strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and the role requires reliable transportation for frequent travel within the service area.
As our Community Liaison (Hospice Marketer / Sales Representative), you’ll be the face of Hospice of the Wes, championing our mission and promoting our specialized services throughout the community. Your primary focus will be to build meaningful, trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners—helping families access the compassionate care they deserve. In this key role, you’ll drive census growth by increasing awareness and preference for hospice services, while serving as a knowledgeable, compassionate representative of our team.
