Create and maintain complex Bill of Materials (BOM) and configurations for PECVD and ALD semiconductor equipment from development through manufacturing. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to optimize modularity, reusability, and business processes within PLM systems.
Requires an associate degree or higher with at least 2 years of experience in a technical engineering field. Proficiency in PDM/PLM systems, 3D MCAD tools like Creo, and experience with product configuration management is essential.
Deposition Product Group, Dielectric Film Business Unit
As a Bill of Materials Configuration Specialist at Lam, you will collaborate with a high-performing team of engineers focused on new product development for PECVD and ALD applications. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive semiconductor breakthroughs that define the next generation of fab equipment. In this vital role, you will create, manage, and maintain detailed, complex BOMs and configurations from initial development through high-volume manufacturing, applying your expertise in planning and execution.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
