The Associate BSA Analyst is responsible for preparing and filing Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and monitoring transaction alerts. They also conduct research, evaluate suspicious activity, and escalate investigations to BSA Management.
A bachelor's degree is preferred along with at least two years of experience in the financial services or banking industry. Candidates must have a general understanding of BSA/AML and OFAC laws and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
