The Restaurant Manager is responsible for daily shift management, including scheduling, planning, and ensuring high standards of hospitality and food quality. They must actively work the floor to improve service, coach the team, and manage business operations and financials.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience and a strong understanding of business operations. The role requires the ability to work long shifts, including weekends and holidays, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
