Serve patrons in the restaurant dining room by taking accurate food and beverage orders and providing professional guest service. Maintain dining sections, process payments, and complete opening and closing side work duties.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to obtain a Tribal Gaming License and MAST certification. Candidates must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays and be able to lift up to 65 pounds.
