Manage end-to-end grant administration, including enrolment confirmation, attendance tracking, and assessment rectification to ensure timely disbursement. Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to collect documentation and support system enhancements for Training Management Systems.
Requires a qualification in Business, Accounting, or a related field with strong proficiency in MS Excel and data entry. Candidates should be meticulous, professional, and ideally possess knowledge of CET funding schemes and automation tools.
• To act as a liaison on grant matters between internal and external stakeholders
• Collation of documentation for grant processing and submission
• Liaise with external companies on documentation for grant matters
• Review interfaced data between Training Management Systems and SSG systems for completion and accuracy
• Rectify enrolment/assessments components within system timelines
• Prepare and consolidate assessment details for certificate issuance
• Support system enhancements to the Training Management Systems including requirement specifications, testing and implementation when necessary
• Handle any other administrative and operational duties as assigned
You should be meticulous, possess good people relationship skills to work with internal and external stakeholders along with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Qualifications in Business, Accounting or related fields.
• Candidate should have data entry skills, attention to details, organized, thorough and accurate, and have the ability to interact in a professional manner with both internal and external parties
• Experience in MS Office especially Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) is highly desirable
• Able to communicate in good spoken and written English, and a good team player.
• Highly self-motivated and willing to learn new technology.
• Strong understanding of various CET funding schemes an advantage
• Mid-careers or entry-level candidates are welcomed to apply.
