Lead and execute the global quality strategy for automotive OEM and Tier 1 clients across manufacturing sites and supplier networks in Asia. Oversee the quality team in India and ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with over 10 years of progressive quality leadership experience in automotive manufacturing. Must have strong expertise in IATF 16949, automotive core tools, and a proven track record of improving operational quality metrics.
The Senior Global Quality Manager is responsible for leading and executing the global quality strategy across manufacturing sites and supplier networks in the Asian region. With a primary focus on automotive OEM and Tier 1 clients - ensuring compliance with automotive quality standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, strengthens customer relationships, and safeguarding product integrity across global operations.
The position partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure quality performance meets or exceeds customer expectations while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
Oversee the Quality team in India to support the Quality operations of the company.
