This team member will play a key role in supporting both our People & Culture and Finance teams, helping create an exceptional team member experience while ensuring the accuracy and organization of our daily financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people as much as working with numbers. You are highly organize, detail oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requested Tasks:
Support payroll preparation and assist team members with payroll-related questions.
Act as a liaison between team members and benefit providers, such as 401k,etc.
Resolve problems with benefit access, time clock, engagement activities.
Assist with new hire on boarding and benefits administration.
Assist with event planning and training processes.
Assist with recruiting and interviewing scheduling.
Maintain confidentiality.
Support daily Income Audit, including balancing journals and preparing audit packets.
Assist with Accounts Payable by processing invoices, responding to vendor inquiries, and preparing check run batches.
Support Cash Management through daily cash reconciliations, bank counts, and bank deposits.
Provide administrative support to both the People & Culture and Finance teams.
Other duties as assigned.
Requested Capabilities:
Prior administrative or hospitality experience preferred.
Approachable, personable and friendly personality.
Attention to detail and highly organized.
A sense of discretion as this role handles sensitive team member information.
Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and multiple systems.
