Define and drive next-generation power management, thermal, and system limits architecture for large-scale compute platforms. Architect end-to-end power systems across silicon, platform, and data center infrastructure to maximize performance under constrained envelopes.
Requires 10+ years of experience in power or system architecture with deep expertise in thermal/electrical constraints and DVFS. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering with relevant ASIC design or integration experience is required.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$164,000.00 - $246,000.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
