Requires a High School Diploma or GED and specific combinations of licensure (LVN/Psych Tech), college units in social/health sciences with experience, or 18 months of direct service experience. A valid California Driver's License and clean driving record are mandatory.
About the Role:
We are currently hiring a Residential Lead to join our team. You and your team provide care and training to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting – helping with dressing, bathing, cooking food, and transport to their daily activities, teaching them to adopt new skills and improve their independence. Together, you will also go on recreational outings, enjoying life out and about in the community. As the lead, you will assist the supervisor with the daily operations of the house and provide direction, training and support to the other residential specialists.
Schedule: Sun- Thurs 12p-8p
Pay: The pay for this position is $21.00 to $21.65
