The provider will conduct patient intakes, monitor clinical progress during group sessions, and manage medication dosing. They are also responsible for authorizing prescriptions and completing clinical notes within the EMR system.
Candidates must hold an active, unencumbered NP/APRN license with autonomous practice and a DEA registration in Virginia. Board certification and specific training or experience in Buprenorphine/MAT prescribing are required.

Minimum 10 hours weekly based on availability (M-F; evenings included).
Groups delivers a proven, evidence-based model of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), considered the gold standard for the treatment of opiate use disorder by the American Society for Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Association (SAMHSA).
