The Physical Therapist will craft personalized care plans using clinical data and evidence-based programs to optimize patient outcomes. They are responsible for maximizing the physical, emotional, and social function of patients within a senior care setting.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold or be in the process of obtaining state licensure. Experience in post-acute care is preferred, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Salary Range: $52 - $60 /hr
