Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process needs and application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project demands, ensuring that solutions are aligned with organizational goals. The position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand workflows and translate them into effective software configurations, while also adapting to changes and optimizing application performance throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of application components and alignment with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Ability to work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in integrating applications with existing enterprise systems and ensuring data consistency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
