This position ensures excellent customer service, consistent beverage and food quality, operational efficiency, brand standard compliance, employee accountability, and a welcoming experience for both visitors and the public.
The Starbucks Store Leader provides hands-on leadership to the team, supports training and development, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, manages labor and inventory, and ensures compliance with Aramark policies, Starbucks brand standards, applicable SOPs, and collective bargaining agreement requirements.
