Responsible for monitoring emergency calls and critical infrastructure to provide real-time situational awareness and dispatch security, police, and EMS units. Coordinates crisis communications and manages security operations within the Security Operations Center (SOC).
Requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for degrees in Criminal Justice or Public Safety. Must be able to obtain NIMS and APCO International certifications within specified timeframes.
