The Medical Assistant manages patient care by executing both administrative and clinical procedures. They provide support to physicians and nurses while adhering to prescribed treatment plans and established policies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and a valid Medical Assistant certification (such as RMA, CMA, or NCMA). BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire.
The Medical Assistant assists with patient care management, executes administrative and clinical procedures. This position provides exceptional medical care that meets each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs. This position provides administrative/clinical assistance to physicians/mid-level practitioners/nurses/patients while adhering to a prescribed treatment plan in accordance with established policies and procedures. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
