En tant qu’Architecte Senior Digital Workplace, vous piloterez la conception, le déploiement et l’amélioration continue des services de Digital Workplace pour des clients grands comptes.
Vous définirez les stratégies d’environnement utilisateur (End-User Computing), concevrez les architectures Microsoft 365 et des plateformes collaboratives, et dirigerez des programmes de Digital Employee Experience (DEX) à grande échelle. En étroite collaboration avec les directions informatiques, les équipes RH et les services de communication, vous contribuerez à façonner des environnements de travail numériques modernes, sécurisés et performants pour certaines des plus grandes organisations françaises.
En tant que référent technique, vous accompagnerez les clients dans leur transformation vers le Cloud PC, la mise en place d’architectures zéro intervention (zero-touch) et le déploiement à l’échelle de l’entreprise de Microsoft Copilot pour Microsoft 365.

Compétences requises
Solide maîtrise des services Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Docs, Console d’administration).
Bonne connaissance des fondamentaux Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID).
Connaissance des capacités d’intelligence artificielle intégrées aux plateformes collaboratives, telles que Google Gemini et Microsoft Copilot.
Compréhension des concepts de gestion des identités et des accès (SSO, MFA, accès conditionnel).
Bonne connaissance des principes de sécurité, gouvernance et conformité appliqués à l’environnement de travail numérique.
Compréhension des modèles de services managés et des processus de transition vers les services opérationnels.
Expérience dans des environnements de delivery internationaux avec des équipes nearshore et offshore.
Expérience des écosystèmes collaboratifs et de productivité en entreprise.
Vision architecture et gouvernance.
Excellentes compétences en communication, présentation et coordination des parties prenantes.
Capacité à traduire les besoins métiers en solutions Digital Workplace évolutives et pérennes.
Sensibilité commerciale et compréhension de l’impact des choix d’architecture sur les coûts, la tarification et la fourniture des services.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
