Provide administrative, coordination, and organizational support to multiple departments within the Faculty. Manage academic projects, organize research seminars, and handle financial tasks such as travel arrangements and budget tracking.
Requires at least a two-year degree (Bac+2) in administration or a related field and proven experience in coordination or administrative roles. Proficiency in English and office software is essential, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

We are searching for an experienced Assistant(e) de départements at our Jouy-en-Josas facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Au sein du Décanat (La Faculté d'HEC Paris), vous assurez un rôle d’assistance, de coordination et d’organisation pour plusieurs départements de la Faculté, avec une possibilité d'assurer des renforts en fonction des besoins (surcroit d’activité, remplacement de collègues pendant les congés ou absences).
Votre fonction s’articule autour d’une mission où la flexibilité est essentielle :
Vous contribuez ainsi au bon fonctionnement des activités de la Faculté dans un environnement international.
Volet Département / Décanat
Gestion administrative et financière
De formation Bac+2 minimum en assistanat, gestion, administration ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie dans des fonctions d’assistanat, de coordination ou d’administration, idéalement dans l’enseignement supérieur ou un environnement international.
Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et collaboratifs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) et faites preuve d’une réelle aisance dans la gestion simultanée de dossiers variés.
La pratique de l’anglais est indispensable à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
