The candidate will develop synthetic exercise scenarios and manage Master Scenario Event Lists (MSEL) to support Navy Fleet HQ training objectives. They will also coordinate exercise planning, develop training artifacts, and provide subject matter expertise on operational-level naval and joint doctrine.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in Modeling & Simulation and scenario development. Candidates must possess an active Top Secret security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility and U.S. citizenship.
SAIC seeks a Scenario Developer to provide Navy Fleet HQ training objective management and scenario development support to Navy Warfare Development Center (NWDC). The selected candidate will support the training and sustainment of Maritime Operations Centers (MOCs) command and control capabilities at Major and Numbered Fleet Commands, Naval Component Commands (NCC), and Joint Force Maritime Component Commands (JFMCC) at the Operational Level of War (OLW).
