The Data Center Technician provides physical and technical support for infrastructure, including hardware installation, cabling, and troubleshooting. They are responsible for maintaining security protocols, documenting activities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-4 years of experience in an IT or data center environment. Strong communication skills, technical proficiency with Windows, and the ability to perform physical tasks like climbing ladders and lifting 50 lbs are required.
The Data Center Technician I is a 24x7x365, market-based position responsible for providing physical and Level II technical support to Flexential customers and resources.
A solid understanding of Facilities infrastructure, Windows operating systems, PC troubleshooting and management applications. Data Center Technician I's must be able to demonstrate the ability to represent Flexential both professionally and technically during interactions with customers and internal resources in a calm and professional manner.

Hourly salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $19.00 - $21.00. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications.
We are currently seeking coverage for the following shift:
The training schedule will be a flexible day shift, Monday through Friday for 4 weeks. The structured training program is designed to equip new hires with the technical knowledge, operational processes, and safety requirements needed for success in the position.
