The Sales Trainee will learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on experience. Responsibilities include rotating through various business areas such as sales, logistics, and customer service to develop comprehensive product knowledge.
Candidates must possess a 2 or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience and have effective interpersonal and communication skills. A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle are required.

Our Sales Trainees are exposed to all areas of our business and are given the opportunity to receive specialized training and are provided a great overview of our industry before transitioning into a sales role.

Compensation Details: The expected rate of pay for this position starts at $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
