The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for requirement gathering, business process modelling, and creating documentation such as BRDs and FRDs. They will bridge the gap between client needs and technical implementation within the financial services domain.
Candidates must have a degree in Computer Science or Statistics and proficiency in Java, Angular, and RDBMS. Strong analytical skills and experience in root cause analysis and story creation are required.
Core Technical Skill sets:
• Java 1.8 or above
• HTML/CSS/Angular 5 or above
• JavaScript and JQuery
• Experience in any RDBMS, Oracle preferred
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Experience in developing front end screens with Angular framework
