Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of CLM platforms (e.g., Workday CLM, DocuSign)
Drive automation, workflow efficiency, and data integrity across contract processes
Partner closely with Legal, Privacy, InfoSec, and Risk teams to ensure appropriate review, escalation, and compliance for all vendor agreements
Define and operationalize risk frameworks (e.g., liability thresholds, insurance requirements, data protection standards)
Lead and develop a team of contract managers and/or governance resources, setting priorities, performance expectations, and development plans
Define and track KPIs related to cycle time, compliance, contract quality, and risk management
Advise the VP of Procurement and senior leadership on contract governance, risk posture, and operational effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications:
A Law Degree or a Master's Degree in Law
