Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $154,231 to $178,369 + super
In this role you will
Partner with leaders across the department to drive innovative procurement strategies that deliver better outcomes for communities across NSW. Your advice will influence major decisions, complex sourcing initiatives and help ensure every procurement investment creates lasting value.
This is an opportunity to bring fresh thinking to complex challenges, build procurement capability and work with diverse stakeholders to improve how services are delivered for the people and communities we serve.
Outstanding stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships and influence outcomes across diverse business areas and supplier groups.
Strong problem-solving abilities, applying strategic thinking and sound judgement to navigate complex procurement challenges and identify innovative, value-for-money solutions.
Proven leadership capability, with experience motivating, coaching and developing teams while driving high performance and achieving shared objectives.
Capable of driving outcomes while actively engaging stakeholders throughout the procurement lifecycle, fostering collaboration, alignment and organisational buy-in.
