- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Talent Management.
- Experience in designing and developing custom software solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Talent Management.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
