Below is the job description for open position

Responsibilities :

• Ensure the right packing and correct details are available for dispatch

• Ensure smooth dispatch of card materials to the customer’s address.

• Experience of Inventory Management and export activities

• Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and proper warehouse organization

• Coordination with Plant, Marketing and transporters for Load planning and timely execution of Indents.

• Checking the coherency with the PO/Print label to ensure traceability

• If material noncompliant (in term of quality or quantity), declaring non-conformity (Process and template),

• Informing the quality team to come and check the product according to quality procedures.

• Store products in the right rack area and enter info in system.

• Dispatch the goods to production or to the freight forwarders in particular with final checking of customer packing compliance,

• Executing ad hoc requests for packing and shipping of samples, equipment, tools, materials etc.

• Process warehouse transactions including GRN, stock maintain, dispatches, and returns.

• Resolve transportation issues, delays, and customer delivery concerns

Qualification :

• 3 years’ experience as Warehouse Specialist ideally in Semiconductor/ Electronics/Mechanical industry.

• Diploma / Bachelors in relevant field

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work in fast-paced environment with a highly collaborative work system.

• Able to work in shift timing.

• Good fluency in English
