The Account Executive will manage and expand relationships with PEO partners, brokers, and carriers while providing consultative guidance on employee benefit programs. Candidates must possess a 4-year college degree and 2–4 years of experience in employee benefits, with a preference for PEO or wholesale brokerage backgrounds. A valid Life & Health Insurance License is required, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

We currently have an opportunity for an Account Executive to join our Employee Benefits team in our Melville, NY office on a Hybrid work schedule.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join FNA, our Employee Benefits Wholesale Division. This individual will develop, manage, and expand relationships with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), internal sales teams, and PEO partners. The ideal candidate possesses strong relationship-management, negotiation, communication, and technical Employee Benefits skills.

The expected salary range for this position is $42.86/hr to $46.71/hr and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits such as vacation, sick, and personal days, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.
