The Grounds Specialist maintains the physical appearance of the property, including common areas, amenities, and grounds. Responsibilities include removing debris, managing pool levels, and assisting with general facility repairs.
Preferred candidates have one or more years of general labor experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. CPO certification and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are also preferred.
The Grounds Specialist maintains the physical aspects of the property, which include the grounds, common areas and amenities. This position will also assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager by performing general maintenance and repairs for the assigned property and facilities.
