You will collaborate closely with US-based clinicians and experimentalists to translate discoveries into potentialtherapeuticanddiagnostic targets.

What you will deliver:
Lead computational analysis and integration of single-cell RNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics datasets on endometrium.
Develop reproducible, version-controlled pipelines and notebooks in R and/or Python for high-performance computing environments.
Coordinate data generation with clinical and experimental partners, including study design, batchallocationand result interpretation.
Prepare high-quality figures, reports, manuscripts and funder outputs, and present findings at seminars and conferences.
Contribute to student supervision, mentoring and School activities that support diversity,inclusionand public engagement.
You may be a great fitifyou:
Hold a completed or near-completed PhD in computational biology, computer science, engineering, datascienceor related discipline.
Demonstrate experience analysing sequencing data, including single-cell RNA-seq and preferably spatial transcriptomics workflows.
Use R and/or Python for high-dimensional statistical modelling with tools such as Seurat,Scanpyor DESeq2.
Apply version control and reproducible workflows to build well-documented pipelines and shareable analysis repositories.
Evidence strong research productivity through publications, preprints or open-source software, aligned with career stage and opportunity.
Bring enthusiasm for reproductive and women’s health and ambition to build an academic research career trajectory.
