The Operations & Risk Manager will oversee day-to-day operational processes, risk management, and incident resolution for DebenhamsPay+ financial services. They are responsible for monitoring performance KPIs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing relationships with internal teams and third-party partners.
Candidates must have previous experience in an FCA-regulated environment, specifically within the consumer credit sector. A strong understanding of risk management, collections, and arrears processes, along with leadership experience and analytical proficiency in Excel, is required.

This role will be based out of our central Manchester office.
