The Mailroom Processing Associate is responsible for processing, sorting, and handling incoming and outgoing mail while performing data entry tasks. They must maintain workspace organization, adhere to a strict clean desk policy, and operate standard office equipment to meet performance goals.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age. Applicants must be comfortable with repetitive tasks, able to lift up to 20 lbs, and pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mailroom Processing Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our daily operations by handling mail processing tasks, maintaining workspace organization, and ensuring efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment. Paid training is provided, and all employees receive a comprehensive benefits package starting on Day 1.
Perform data entry tasks and navigate computer systems as required
Process, sort, and handle incoming/outgoing mail
Maintain compliance with the required clean desk policy, at all times
Operate standard office and mailroom equipment
Accurately complete repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
Lift and carry mail trays or boxes weighing up to 10–20 lbs. as needed
Maintain productivity and performance goals
Support general office and production tasks assigned
Full Time Employment

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $20.00.
