The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues in residential units and common areas, including appliances, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. They also ensure vacant units are market-ready and maintain the property's grounds and curb appeal.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of relevant experience and general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. A valid driver's license and the ability to participate in an on-call rotation are required.

About the Opportunity
WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Ackerfield, a 56-unit market-rate community located in Long Beach, CA.
In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots.
The pay range for this opportunity is $25.00-$28.00 per hour dependent on experience. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with on-call duty required as needed.
