The Parts Advisor is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the parts department, including stock management and resource planning. They will also supervise departmental personnel and provide high-quality service to retail, trade, and service customers.
The role requires an ambitious individual with a strong customer service focus and a willingness to learn technical product knowledge. While automotive industry experience is preferred, the company emphasizes recruiting for attitude and provides necessary training.
