The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care, including assessments, care planning, and education for patients receiving infusion therapy in home or alternate site settings. Responsibilities also include managing schedules, documenting patient encounters, and participating in an on-call rotation to ensure continuous nursing support.
Candidates must hold a current RN license in good standing and possess at least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in infusion therapy, ICU, or cardiac care. A valid driver's license is required, and a BSN degree along with advanced certifications like CRNI or ONS is preferred.
