Security Officers are responsible for the safety of patrons and employees by patrolling the property and preventing theft or unauthorized entry. They respond to emergencies, manage conflicts, and ensure compliance with gaming laws and company policies.
A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior experience in security, law enforcement, or hospitality preferred. Candidates must be able to obtain a gaming license and meet the physical demands of patrolling a high-traffic environment.
Security Officers are responsible for the safety of patrons, employees and the Wynn and Encore Property. In addition, Security Officers are responsible for ensuring all laws and policies are followed while being responsible for creating a positive guest experience by adhering to the Forbes five-star standards and the Wynn and Encore Core Values and Behaviors.
