Candidates must have over 3 years of healthcare collection experience and demonstrated knowledge of acute care medical insurance billing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database entry is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.

The Lead Reimbursement Analyst provides excellent support to department employees by answering questions, providing necessary coaching, and analyzing payor trends. The Lead is also responsible for basic Reimbursement Analyst duties: analyzes reimbursement trends and identifies overpayments, facilitates reconsiderations, and appeals with payers. This role coordinates correction of insurance plan errors, payment transfers, and account adjustments.
Experience:
3+ years healthcare collection experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of acute care medical insurance billing
Education:
High School or equivalent.
