The Mixer is responsible for operating food manufacturing processing equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining facility cleanliness. They must also ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards by following established work instructions.
Candidates should have experience in a manufacturing environment, with food manufacturing experience being a plus. The role requires the ability to follow process documents, communicate effectively, and work overtime or weekends as needed.

About the Role:
The Mixer role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.
You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

This is a full-time permanent role, which operates 7AM to 3PM, rotating days/weeks. Overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business.
About You:
You’ll fit right in if you have:
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus!
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.
