The Patient Access Flex Representative supports facility registration departments by covering open shifts and positions due to leave or staffing needs. The role requires travel between designated hospital locations to ensure continuous patient access operations.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in patient scheduling or access, along with knowledge of medical terminology and coding, is preferred.

The primary job role for the Flex Team Representative will be to support the facilities on-site by covering open shifts/positions left vacant by associate termination, medical leave, PTO, HFWA and other associate time off needs. As staffing needs will vary, the associate will need to be able adjust and accommodate a flexible schedule and travel to hospital locations within the hired region, to support the facility registration departments.

Physical Requirements: Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly.
