The Labor Relations Specialist serves as a strategic advisor to leadership on labor and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements. The role involves managing grievances, supporting contract negotiations, and fostering positive labor-management relationships.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience in labor relations, employee relations, or human resources, including experience with collective bargaining environments. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with demonstrated expertise in dispute resolution and advising leadership on employment matters.
