A Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare and a CPHQ certification are required, along with 7-10 years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare quality. Candidates must hold a current Indiana healthcare professional license.
Plans, implements, directs, and facilitates activities that support system wide efforts to be successfully accredited and continuously ready for patients. Consults and advises key stakeholders and leaders on accreditation/regulatory interpretations, educates and facilitates survey preparation activities, manages and audits onside surveys, and serves as a liaison between the organization and its accreditation and regulatory bodies. Analyzes and provides recommendations around performance and continuous quality improvement initiatives that drive organizational outcomes. Drives acceptance by stakeholders and serves as an accreditation matters expert for leaders and team members.
