The Floor Nurse is responsible for performing comprehensive physical health assessments and formulating care plans for clients with addictions and behavioral health issues. Key duties include medication management, clinical monitoring, and maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.
Candidates must hold a valid LPN or RN license from an accredited school and be a certified BLS provider. Prior experience in hospital or behavioral health settings and proficiency with EMR systems are preferred.

Job Type: PRN
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for the healthcare of female and/or male clients suffering from addictions and behavioral health issues.
Under the immediate supervision of the Director of Nursing, the LPN will perform comprehensive physical health assessments on all intakes and formulate a plan of care that includes physician orders, medications, education, and treatments.

Hickory House Recovery is a small residential treatment program serving adults struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. We serve no more than 45 clients at a time, allowing our staff to provide individualized treatment services. Located in Greenfield, Indiana, just outside of Indianapolis, we serve Indiana residents and those in surrounding states. At Hickory House Recovery we appreciate that each client is a unique individual who comes to us with their own experiences and needs. Our team creates comprehensive assessments and creative, customized treatment plans for each client. We work holistically, focusing on the mind-body connection to restore our clients’ to an authentic and meaningful life of recovery.
