The A&P Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing aircraft components to meet FAA and company standards. They also perform engine run-ups, rig flight control surfaces, and ensure work is scheduled to maintain on-time deliveries.
Candidates must possess a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems and the ability to interpret technical manuals and blueprints are required.

This position offers an hourly rate of $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, along with medical, vision, and dental coverage, long-term disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a Company match of 50% on the first 6% contributed. Additional voluntary benefits include short-term disability, supplemental life insurance, and flexible spending accounts, along with paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
