Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical field. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to work in challenging environments are required.
Antietam Broadband is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance & Communications Technician to support the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of our broadband, CATV, and fiber-optic systems. This role supports both residential and commercial customers while helping maintain and expand our network infrastructure.
The ideal candidate is technically skilled, customer-focused, safety-conscious, and eager to grow within an award-winning organization that values teamwork, innovation, and community involvement.
Title: Maintenance & Communications Technician
Location: Office located in Hagerstown, MD
Full-Time/Part Time: Full-Time
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday with on-call rotation
Rate: $24 - $28/hr. (based on experience)
On-call and overtime pay as applicable
