# Job Opportunity: Senior Associate – Energy Transition (Renewables) ## Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join our team in the Financial Services sector, with a specific focus on Energy Transition – Renewables. This is a full-time onsite position, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment where you will play a critical role in driving projects related to renewable energy initiatives and transitioning to sustainable energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of professional experience, hold an MBA degree, and possess expertise in the renewable energy domain. with the potential for long-term engagement based on performance and organizational needs 

. ## Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage projects related to energy transition and renewable energy within the financial services and private equity sectors. - Provide strategic insights, financial analysis, and business recommendations to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable energy strategies. - Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for renewable energy initiatives. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in the energy transition space. - Support senior management in decision-making and contribute to organizational growth. 

 ## Experience & Qualifications –  

Experience: 4–8 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, energy transition, or financial services. –  

Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification. - Demonstrated expertise in the Energy Transition – Renewables domain. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. 

 ## Preferred Sector Expertise - Financial Services, including Private Equity, with a focus on renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
